Huh, that is odd. I know there are different types of notifications on each topic, maybe go to your settings, your forum settings then watched topics and check what is clicked :)

Oh I don't get e-mails on them. I just have a little window pop up when i am on DM :)

 

It's really nice. The only time i get e-mails is when a new topic is posted in few places I watch for new topics only.
