HAPPY NATIONAL LIBRARY MONTH!

 

I'm making this celebration a free for all! If it has something to do with a library, throw it in here!

 

 

My theme this first week is going to be GeektheLibrary.org. This is a fabulous organization that is focused on getting money back into the public library budgets! They're getting folks back into the library and they're promoting the use of the library for all sorts of lovely things. There are a lot of folks behind this one and Light knows the libraries need all the help they can get. So, what do you geek?

    I tend to geek children's books right now. Me personally, I hate having to give books back. lol But with Jackie in school now, the library saves me a bunch of money on her books.

     

     

    Our local library also has a book sale every month. They sell books by the inch. The measure how thick it is and they have a set price for the number of inches. Its a great way to get some used books at a low price.
