NASTOY SHIPPOVNIKA

Ingredients:

4 tbsp hips

2 tbsp honey

1 ea lemon

2 quarts boiling water

Method:

Squeeze a juice from a lemon. Pour the juice into the thermos, add hips and honey. You can also put the pieces of squeezed lemon there. Pour over boiling water, cork up and leave to brew for a night. Drink 1/2 cup before meal. It is very useful for kids and adults as well.

Dunno what hips are too :D I know a version of this drink with a bit of chopped garlic and ginger. It's used to boost your orgranism defence and is often drank during winter season to keep angine and flu away.

I didn't think to look that up earlier...and as far as i can tell, they are referring to rose hips.

I like it as it stands, but I like the idea of adding rum!  ;D
