Minicon? looking for panelists!

Featured Replies

Hey, is anyone else coming to Minicon (in Minneapolis, Minnesota, April 2-5) this year? I've got the go-ahead from programming to put together a panel, and I'm looking for the right folks to be on it. The right folks will have: strong attachment to the WoT series, a good memory for how they felt during the time after RJ's death when nobody knew yet what was going to happen with the final book, and they will be able to talk about getting their copy of The Gathering Storm and what their reactions were.

If you're interested in being on the panel, please send e-mail to LionessElise@gmail.com with a little bit of information about yourself and a few words about the topics above.

I'll probably be moderating this panel.  Brandon will be on it. (Shh. He doesn't know that yet, but programming said he will, so there ya go.)

Thanks!

Wish I could be there, Elise! It feels very weird to have WoT programming at a convention and I'm not there to oversee it. But I think you and Joel will do a lovely job.

We have a thread up already for MiniCon. It might be a good idea for you to crosspost this there. http://forums.dragonmount.com/index.php/topic,54202.0.html

I wish you could be there too!  (If I had frequent flyer miles enough, I'd bring ya.)

I definitely will go to the Minicon thread - thank you for the pointer.
