nintendo and iPod help me with my weight loss... lol Madden 06 on my Nintendo DS while on the excersize bike gets me through a good 45 minute ride, and my iPod gets me through 20-30 minutes!

Well the iPod is great! If you have a halfhour show you love but miss it on TV, you can watch it on your iPod while working out!
