I also am very confused about you going for Sarah so randomly. Yes, she hasn't posted much, but neither have a lot of people. If you are suspicious of someone, vote for them, don't just say "I suspect you, but just for the same of confusing everyone, I'm going to vote for Sarah." That is very silly and suspicious.

 

Mafia has been killing off the quiet players, and now you go for one.. That goes along with the scum patterns we have so far.

I have just done a re-read of the last 30-odd pages and have come to the same conclusion as Adella. I don't like where you have been going Al, and i am suspicious of the deflector role you have claimed. You have been pinging my radar since the very beginning. For that reason i am voting [glow=red,2,300]AL JENN[/glow]. I will leave it that way unless i find someone else who i feel is more suspicious.

WTF now we have a day killer too  >:(  i guess one thing we can hope for, that with all the detective roles lily has a few more healer roles as well.  this still sucks though.  Mod goddess, is there any reason why this death happened during the day; was it the 3rd death that was stalled last night or is that a PAFO??

 

Min - we know for sure there is a SK, having seen that there was a psychiatrist in the game.  i think you're right about who it is as well.  the one possability that i'm leaning towards, out of those you have listed, is 1 mafia, 1 SK and maybe a vig or somethign like a vig.

 

Al Jenn, i get on as much as i can.  normally i'm able to sneak away from work on a regular basis and post here but i have an influx of jobs that i need to focus on ASAP so i have been on less than i normally am.  but i wouldn't really call myself lurking.

 

i have been doing some thinking though, about the possible set up of the game.  maybe certain deaths cause different abiities to be released randomly.  i know that lily wanted to use Rey's set up with going to different places each day phase.  in rey's game, where we went determined what clues/traps/one time ability were given out.  maybe Lily is applying this to the deaths in game ya know.  it kinda fits seeing that we've only just now had a killing during the day and it's now day 3

The reason I am voting for Sarah is just to flush her out and find out about her. I intend to put pressure on her and see what happens. We have enough 'evidence', posts, by the players who have been active so I 'poke' the inactive ones. As for following the same ploy the mafia is *Shrugs* most likely they are just trying to throw suspicion off of them. I am looking for information right now, since I believe between the two of you that you can piece something together. Either that or Cairos will come with some information. This game is huge someone is bound to know something, in the meantime I would like to try and be productive.

 

 

Ok, I try and stay calm and reasoned when I play mafia games. However I am done with that. I know I am falling into a trap, I'm not sure what it is but Talya I'll bite. I have ignored this the entire game and have just argued against you. You are an expert player and even have a famous gambit. However I just won the best debater so don't think I'll go down easily.

 

Here are the 'reasons' that you have voted for me this game. The reasons that I am scummy.

 

First you started off with Pete of attacking me when I said there was a cult. I still think there is a cult. This game had 30 people, it wasn't some premonition or hidden knowledge it simply is. 30 people! I don't know why you guys jumped on me so hard for stating something that should be assumed.

 

I can't say that I'm really up for voting someone just to get a reaction, because everyone will react dsifferently, not just to do with role, but mood, the day they have had etc. It just means you ahve jumped around and it's an easy place and reason for mafia to hide. So with that Al Jenn

 

You then vote for me the first time in the game for acting 'moody'. Again this is a weak reason. I did not bounce around and have been fairly consistent this entire game I think. Peoples radars have gone off and on me, but that has been because of you and my arguments with you. Has there been a single time I have lied or mislead anyone? No.

 

There have been a few that I feel are more so. Al Jenn, why was he contacting Millon, it should be the Mod who does that. Was he pushing him to vote. He votes on Wombat when things we looking to get a little fresh for Al Jenn? Could well be a noobie mistake that could cost the Mafia team!

This was a joke made by Millon that you blew out of the water and enlarged, just like all your other arguments. He commented on one of my posts where I *Pokes everyone*, there was nothing crazy about his post. Then you focused on me again from his comment. I had thought you were just trying to get a reaction out of me early on, however I don't believe that anymore. For some reason you attached to me and have taken every little thing I have said and twisted it. Please don't make some famous "Al Jenn Gambit".

 

It was the claim when he first announced he had been cursed. What a great way to try and make yourself look innocent by admitting you were targeted anf lost 50% (if he did). Lets say he did, and the person who did it knows that he had lost 50% of his power, then by coming out he could be trying to let them think that he had nothing to hide. I just think it was an odd thing to do.

 

So now I'm scum for revealing the fact that I was cursed. Much like Lily posted about Nae's argument; everything I do is scummy. I didn't do this to let the town know that there was a curser though that was beneficial. I did it because I thought and still hope that someone could cure me. I am still cursed and no-one has cured me. Maybe I was wrong about this, however I think that someone just hasn't been active or that it is a one time ability. You were skeptical of it at first then switched over to saying I was playing for sympathy when Ed confirmed it. Since you believe Ed is innocent then why didn't I try and get him lynched? My vote was on Pete most of day 2. I'm sorry but again I don't see how these have been scummy things.

 

He also said something in a thread about me and Pete (could be others) being blocked, at least that was the way I read it. what a thing to say, unless he knew for some reason that had happened!

 

Like I said, I didn't know you were role blocked. You read more into my posts than were there. You are like all the other experienced players magnets for night actions. I have seen this time and again in all the mafia games I have played in. Who better to find out if they are innocent than Talya or Pete? Or who better to have on your team and recruit? Or who better to get out of the way so they don't lynch you? Etc.... This is why I said you would be targeted night one, I said and believe the same thing of Pete. The fact that he is still alive makes me think he either started off anti-town or is now anti-town. The mafia hasn't been killing inactive or quiet players thinking about it. They have been taking out key roles. That either means that they have some way to figure out roles or they are really experienced. I think it is a mixture of the two. Of course we don't know if their are anyone that can recruit, and if there is then I would have thought they would go after someone with a finder type role. And finally this, aside from recent posts. You claimed I was the recruiter. I thought, like I said last post, that you said I was the roleblocker. But looking at your posts you only said that I knew about it. By claiming something would happen to you at night I must obviously be involved. I see know why you think I bounce all over. I am apparently trying every mafia tactic there is aside from lurking. I am not the roleblocker. I am not a recruiter. I don't know what you have planned, but I won't let you survive this. If you lynch me I'll make sure the town goes after you and haunt you from the dream thread.

1. I didn't say you were voting because you were moody. I was trying to point out your idea of voting for different people to get reactions, I was just pointing out the holes in doing that, because people answer the way they do for many reasons. So you aren't even looking at that statement correctly!

 

2. I didn't call you a noobie, I called millon a noobie, this is his first game I believe. And he was the one that made the comment about being poked. As it was it turns out that he didn't do that, but answered a post by you. However we only have yours and his say so. And in this game I have no reason to believe either of you. As for a Al Jenn gambit...how on earth can it be that. This is not the meaning of a gambit.

 

3. why would someone who could maybe cure your curse, cure you. They do not know that you are telling the truth or that if you are what your alignment is. You may have been cursed by someone who isn't mafia, and you still could be. I saw no reason for the reveal, and it felt off to me.

 

4. That comment about Pete and me really did come across as though you know something. I haven't said you have any role, but if you were mafia, you would certainly know what you mafia chums had done. I think it was a slip you are trying to cover up. Besdies, why just say me and Pete, there are other good players in this game. I don't claim to be brilliant at this game, everyone has good and bad games. There are definately others though I would class as good here too.

 

5. Again I didn't claim you were recruiter, I said it was like you knew something.

 

6. After night you came back at me big time about the fact my vote didn't count. I had replied to it yesterday, I didn't know. So if i didn't know, then someone did that too me. If there was a role that was voteless it would be a bit unfair in a game where those that don't have a vote on someone would be in line for the modkill. So if I didn't have a vote, I wouldn't have had my name on you as I couldn't do it. Therefore someone did something to my vote. Someone wanting to make me look guilty, or you to take the numbers off you, or maybe someone you knew, so that you could try and turn it against me. Which you did try to do.

Min wanted Pete to do a daytime roleclaim so she could investigate, which she does not now trust.  She is also casting aspersions on other people who may or may not be mafia, without providing proof of her accusation.

Well I have to go to work. The three who have said that are Alanna, Talya, and Adella. I'm not sure why each have said it. Adella, first game, just because I am overly defensive and I'm trying to twist Talya's words. Tayla I mentioned the reasons and will respond to that when I get back. Can't leave an argument unresolved. I'll reply to everything/anything someone posts at me. And then Alanna, who has a good reason in my opinion. She saw me play in her game where I used my ability to exclusively hunt down the mafia while misleading the town. Well Ed did make me lynch the finder... but *Shrugs* I was devious in that game and so I will grant her that.

 

Look at who both of us have voted for. I warned about wombat up until 36 hours prior then tried to get everyone to agree on SOMEONE to lynch anyone as long as it was player controlled. If I was mafia I think I would have wanted the random lynch. Talya has had her vote on me the ENTIRE game. Also day one I was in on the lynch for Talmanes. Now that means nothing either way because mafia do that to make themselves seem innocent and the mafia wouldn't have known about Talmanes. *Shrugs*

 

Finally one last little note about my role. I can find out a persons role. I targeted Ed night one and Danya night two. My ability is a twilight action. I think Talya is going to claim that I am scum and have been guiding the kills by finding out who everyone is. Sorry dear. There have been two nights only and Adella/Adamine should be able to verify that I had done that. Was Danya targeted and was a role reveal ability used?
