I'll give Marta a little more time to check in but right now out of all of the players who seem scummy at the moment I'd be voting for her.  I'm unsure on Min.  She has a way of talking herself into a hole alot of times.  She talks too much in the games.  I do that sometimes too and I say dumb things when I'm innocent that end up slaying me just because I'm less careful of what I say when I'm innocent. (I have nothing to hide so I don't plan my posts)

 

Marta barely says anything all game, doesn't pay attention to what's been said before posting, reads what people say ABOUT that post though and then just claims she didn't read and doesn't change the vote.  She just claims all the "spam" distracted her.  I didn't really see that much spam around then other than Mr. Monkeyman.  Even if she doesn't come back to defend herself she, in essence, doesn't have a vote so she'd be killed anyways.  I don't know about you all but I'd rather not lose more than one person at deadline.

So, you are all voting for me because I am a townie with no abilities anymore. That kinda sucks. Yes, I do talk a lot. More so when I am town. I do dig myself holes I will admit. I thought you all understood I couldn't reveal. It was the constant pressure of the "you only gave a partial reveal" that finally made me crack. Besides none of you were really believing me. So, what use is a power if you aren't listening. I love how you all trust Cairos's reveal, but I am a suspect because I am active.

 

I do admit that Marta might not be reading the posts and keeping up. Do we really want someone in the game like that. What if she has a sleeping power, vig or sk? Do we want someone not keeping up with the game to have that kind of power? I know we are rather heavy on the detective and healing roles on the town side. It makes me wonder what ammo the mafia or other scum may have.

 

I can confirm that Lily is handing out random one use roles. As I got one. So, not totally without some help to the town still. However, if you still feel the need to put me to sleep so be it. Oh, and I think either I was being protected or the scum thought I was protected. Either way it has been nice to hang around in the game so far.

 

I can see you all not wanting to bandwagon Marta. I just put a vote out there hoping to get a response from her. Since that hasn't happen I will go with my original gut and vote for the one person I have felt is scum all game.

The reason is I know PR's can be used by scum as a cover. What perfect way to hide then to have them both have  a PR in the same day. That way they think we will think one is innocent if one is found guilty. Makes sense to me.

Now here's an interesting mix.  I might have one more chance to log on before the deadline.  I really need to recap what's been going on.  Especially with Marta's flub.  Wether innocent action, or strategic misdirection, she has cast a suspicion on herself.  I see a lot of people jumping on Min's wagon, so I will be reviewing those arguments again.  If I find them to be convincing then my vote will go to her.  But, for now, other than some odd decisions(which several people have), I am not fully confident in a lynch on her.  (Dang you if you turn out to be Scum, Min. :P )

Is no one else finding it odd that the 4 seasoned players in this game.. (Talya, Verbal, me, and Pete) are ALL still alive?  Verb and Pete have also been rather quiet lately.  Why is the mafia focusing on the inactive players and leaving the big game out in the open?

I'm finding it excessively odd, but was keeping my eyes open and my mouth shut.  ;)

Maybe the mafia isn't so experienced and are worried about people looking too deep into what has gone one, or those four are all mafia...oh wait.

 

I'm concerned that Marta hasn't come back and given her reason for voting on a roled player. She has been on here since than as well. Inless something has happened to make us believe there maybe a problem with a roled player, you just don't go after them.

 

We also need a lynch, otherwise we could end up losing Cairos and having already lost so many finder positions I don't hink it would be a good idea.

 

another thought I just had. We know that Al was killed for not doing his PR, would there really be two people giving out roles there. Plus there is Wombat. I can't believe that there are that many PR's. I'm sure there have been times when Ed wasn't being a monkey, if thats so why wasn't he night killed as well.

 

I'm not going to be around for the lynch time, it will be way passed my bedtime. I was hoping to hear from Marta by now, but nothing.

 

Pete also seems to have gone quiet as well. Especially since being checked out by Min, you would have thought he would be glad that she found him innocent, but was unsure about the viewing.  I'm beginning to wonder if something did go on, because he has kept low since it happened. I'm sure he would be around saying he was found innocent etc. He laid low last time he was mafia in a game.

I still don't believe Marta was making some kind of mafia ploy. Would anyone have expected her vote to start a bandwagon? Please. I do think that voluntarily giving up your powers sounds like a strange thing to do, especially when all of our good roles are getting put top sleep. So voting for a roled player is an innocent townie kinda thing to do? Of course it could be that she was trying to pull suspicion away from Min. Because it does seem like an odd thing to do. It could be she is a symp of some sort. But there is only one way to find out!

I will pretty much be online for the rest of the day, after about an hour or so from now, so get voting! We have two birthday boys in the non-voters. I don't want to modkill one of them!  :'(

Pete's been quiet everywhere though, not just here.  I think it's a matter of not being logged on to post rather than having nothing to say or hiding.  I'd guess a few too many green beers at the pub, but I don't think that's Pete's speed.  ;)

 

I'm feeling a bit two sided about a lynch on Min.  On the one hand, she's been pushed the whole game (yes, because she revealed early) and so has been defending the whole time, so that could be responsible for some of the decisions that made me go "huh?" or she could be playing us.  Her posts mostly make me think she is town.  But then you have the character reveal that she says caused her to lose her role.  In her defense, she said multiple times that she couldn't name her character without losing her role and people kept pushing her repeatedly to spill the beans.  What I don't understand, and this may be why people were pushing, is WHY she couldn't reveal a character like Doc.  Why would that particular character have that restriction?  Maybe Lily got crazy or there's some other thing like Dopey has to find Doc (who doesn't know it) or something like that, but it does make Min look scummy when others can say who they are and she can't.  She gave the jewel mines hint and I know others besides me got that hint, so she had already given enough information to be known as not-a-bad-guy. 

 

At that point, people might have focused somewhere else, except that we also had her targets to consider.  Day one it was Boopsy.  That I can understand.  I'd be inclined to check him myself if I had the power to because he's a tricksy one.  :-*  I probably would have waited until he was l-4 or so to defend him though.  Day two Amadine.  Okay, well she was resurrected and strange things can happen when people are brought back to life.  Day three.  Pete?  Before he got the answer to whether or not his ability would block a day find?  Okay, so maybe Pete is suspicious by nature and maybe his ability sounds overpowered or scummy, (wait... why am I saying 'maybe'?) but do you take a chance that he's lying or that your ability will still work and view him?  Especially when you know if you don't get the answer you want you'll just be wondering if your ability worked at all?

 

It's frustrating but also a little pointless since if we want a majority, we're too close to the deadline to get it on anyone but [glow=red,2,300]Min[/glow]. 

 

At least if we lynch Min and she turns out to be innocent she will have saved us the moment of feeling like utter morons for lynching our day finder.  :P  We're already out a day finder and the only thing we can do to protect our potential lie detector (no, I don't fully trust him at all) is to get a majority on someone. 

 

If she flips scum, I'll be looking closer at Pete.

I'm really sad to do this but I'm not willing to lose cairos when min has lost her ability. I feel like I'm lynching an innocent and I would rather lynch Marta at this point but I'd rather not risk cairos.

Some final thoughts since it appears I am lynched. Cairos has been on and has still not said anything. Might he have been recruited by the cult? Is that why he didn't say who he viewed last night?

I am still very leery of Pete. He hasn't come to say anything since I declared what he said to be the truth. No, "told you so" or anything.

Talya makes some good points however, I think she is scum too. Honest believe me on this one.  ;)

Look at your quiet players that come in and vote for most of your mafia.

Talya that would be a night kill on Ed, but a mod kill. Oh, and I think the one time he didn't really act like a monkey he through the used leg at me. Which I suppose Lily might count if his claim is true.

So, you all don't care that a one time power was given to me. That is fine. Cairos isn't posting, but I get lynched and still can at least do something to help. How ironic. I think Talya has really done a fine job of setting me up.
