New Spring A Novel listed for pre-order on Barnes?!

Featured Replies

Hey everyone,

I just received some coupons for Barnes & Noble.  On the site it lists it as a first edition paperback

Well, I own the hardback.  And I know I have seen the paperback released sometime later (c.2005).  So what exactly is this the first edition of?

I like to collect RJ first editions- even postmortem.  Just curious if this is really something new or a mess-up by B&N.

Because it lists Chuck Dixon and Mike Miller in the credits I assume that this is going to be the trade paperback collection of the New Spring comic books. The final single issue is coming out from Dynamite this summer and the collected edition should follow after pretty quickly.

Gotchya- thanks everyone.  I haven't read any of the graphic novels.  Any good?  The pre-order price looks pretty cheap on Amazon for 300+ pages of drawing.

I own all of the comics released so far, and I'd say besides the obvious change in artist around issue 6, the adaptation is pretty solid.
