They've been so persistently defending each other for the last few months that anything we could organise to test this would be spotted a mile off. So, congrats to the both of them!

No.. it's a voluntary basis.  It's a sort of bonding... if you find someone in Shayol ghul you have become very good friends with and want to do a serious bond with then thats what the cour'souvra is.
