If you haven't heard of the volcano that has erupted in Iceland, then you won't have heard how it has brought the entire Airspaces of about 6 or more Western European Countries (Russia may too) to be empty of aircraft as Airports are closed.

Nature can really brings us to our knees when she wants, even if she is beautiful. And yes i have a thing for plate tectonics.. ;D

Apparently the volcano erupted first a month ago, but then decided to do it big time about two days ago.

Because it is under a glacier, there have been major floods in the area too, I feel sorry for those guys who have lost their homes, I actually think that is more tragic than all those who have not got to go on holiday!

I saw an interview with a Mayan elder who said that little theory was complete rubbish and would people please quit asking him about it. :D

meh, i'm not saying that all these earthuqakes and now a major volcanic erruption are a build up to the worlds end ...

but i do believe that it's a build up to a major geological shift or change for the earth. i know scientists say they aren't connected, but i can't shake a feeling that they are in some way that we don't know yet.
