Hey! so... a few newbie questions... ;) How do i change my siggy? And, can I get an Avatar?

First, welcome to DM :)

 

To change your sig, click on "PROFILE" in the menu bar. Once you are viewing your profile, look to the left, there should be a "MODIFY PROFILE" menu, under which you should click "Forum Profile Information"

 

On this page you can link to an Avatar when/if you have one, and almost to the bottom there is a box in which you can put the text for a signature. It's called "Signature".

You can use one of the avatars that DM has to offer - musicians or actors.

I have checked the forums a little... And see, i haven't finished the whole series so I don't want to end up spoiling it too much for myself! :)

Ah, see, the Social Groups are very good about not spoiling things, they are communities based off of things in the books, but still independent communities.
