Guys, I really hate to bug you, but I have a question I can't seem to find the answer to anywhere: who sponsored the bill that became Australia's first ever money laundering statute??  Its for something I'm working on and I can't use any more firm resources to find the answer, and google is being a jerk about this.  I'm hoping an actual aussie could look this up for me somewhere.  It would be very much appreciated.  Thanks!
