On May 12th it is the International CFS-ME and fibromyalgia awareness day. Please help spread information on these diseases, to help those who have them and those close to them.

 

Being a person who has CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and that am feeling people's lack of knowledge, I see how important it is to get the information out there. People who do not have the knowledge will very easily judge. The last thing someone with CFS-ME and fibromyalgia needs is being judged.

Today I went to the city to watch a movie that has been made about CFS/ME. It was a personal story about a lady from Norway, and I really recognized a whole lot of it. Can't put words to how I feel right now because I'm overly exhausted, but I'll try to come back with some thoughts after having processed it all.
