Talmanes had been waiting quietly for his opportunity to strike. His target finally leapt out of the cake trying to impress the others. He made his move. Chucking a bottle of chocolate sauce out from the shadows he dashed out diagonally at Pete bashing him over the head with a jar of cherries, then slicing his throat with one fluid movement. With one last jolt he tossed him back into the cake and made his escape.
