It seems that the taller the person, the more impressive the contortion would look, and longer limbs, too.

Well, the longer the body, the more leverage required. That's why you don't get many non-petites as contortionists.

I guess that makes sense.

 

Looking at those pics.... *shakes head*  I always wonder about the organs.

*shrug* Most of the important stuff is inside the ribcage. If the organs inside the abdomen couldn't handle being moved around like that, they wouldn't be in the abdomen. Hell, pregnancy probably messes your insides up more than that.
