I just finished the first book and I'm already addicted! Today I bought it on audio so I can listen to it again in the car...  :)

    You're a novice reader. I remember my first time reading WoT. It was Book 2 the Great Hunt - and I loved it so much I read it thrice. (Actually my friend took a long time reading Book 3, and I am a bit of a fast reader.)

     

    Well, you have a long journey ahead, and you might need to read the books at least twice before being able to fully appreciate the boards. Once again, welcome.

    It's interesting, going through The Eye of the World for the second time. I'm picking up lots of connections and foreshadowing that I missed before. Will I need to read or listen to all of the books multiple times to 'get' them?
