One of the benefits of shooting for the bottom and going to an internet school is they give you the results immediately. It looks like I'm in, pending transcripts. Yay?

*steals a drink*

Yay on getting through the exam without killing the Panda and yay for being accepted (pending the transcripts)! *grins*

I'm getting my M.Ed. in Special Education with an emphasis on learning disabilities.

I start class officially on Aug. 1. Well, not really "class". The school I'm going to is entirely online and they do performance based learning. So I really just get my first project assigned on the first.

As an education major, I've had to take Special Education classes.  It wasn't for me, but I've got all the respect for you in the world.  Here's to hoping you did well on your test.

My aunt was spec.ed. teacher in our Performing Arts Academy. You are a special lady I have to say. Thank you. It took my aunt a lot of heart to deal with some of the stuff associated with spec.ed. Good luck lady.

HERE HERE!! TEACH GOOD LUCK!! Slainte'!!

Well, I've already been teaching special ed for three years. I just didn't have the degree for it. Several of my professors when I was doing my undergrad said I had a knack for it. Probably because I'm a very kinesthetic and visual teacher (I teach how I learn). So my plans always have interesting projects and games going on.
