I'm just messing with you. Windows is updated often enough (unlike IE) to be pretty decent. The best thing it has going for it is its intuitive and easy-to-use GUI.

 

Of course, the "easy-to-use" part will change for Vista. From what I've heard, carrying out administrative functions is hell.
