Hey there all.  Been a member since Sept. 09 but finally decided I would post something in the intro forum.

 

I have been reading WoT off and on since about 1990.  Since 2002 I have been re-reading the entire series before the next book comes out.  In fact, this summer is the first time I haven't re-read all of the books before the next release since 2002 (although I still have a few months....). 

 

I love the books and the extreme detail within them.  A real intellectuals sereis.  I plan on becoming more active in the forums as none of my friends read the books and my wife despises them (because a lot of the last 8 years of my free time has been between the pages....).  Good to have somewhere to go to share with others like me!
