I'm watching my Doctor Who. I'm at the end of the Donna episodes, and Earth has been stolen and the Daleks have this massive ship in the center of all the planets.

 

HOW, do Daleks build things?

 

They have no hands.

 

And I can't believe I'm only JUST noticing this. :P Ideas anyone?

Telekinesis!

They hold whole planets hostage under the threat 'EXTERMINATE' and make them build stuff for them. OR, they stole all the Time Lordy things when the entire race went poof. OR, ... maybe they have little bodies inside the suits (like in MIB) and there are little "worker Daleks" without big tin can suits that make things on the Dalek home-planet. :D

The 'little bodies' are all tentacle-ly. Still no hands. And taking over civilizations? Possible, but I think the Doctor would have heard of it and been there to stop them since he always is at Earth. And the last Time Lordy thing they had was that Arc thing and it got sucked into the Void in the Season 2 finale.

Doctor would have been dead a long time ago if they had telekinesis. :P
