In KOD, "Masuri taps her lips thoughtfully" while talking to Perrin about Masema - could she be Mesaana?  It's the one clue I have managed to spot since Mesaana was last seen in the White Tower.

I highly doubt it, Mesaana is in the Tower while Masuri is with Perrin. Unless you are suggesting that Messaana has only recently (post CoT) become Masuri somehow.

No - I'm suggesting she's mobile... all the Forsaken can Travel...

Mesaana would want to be able to be in the Tower without being questioned about it which would be difficult with Masuri being a rebel.

It would be near impossible to do that.

 

She would have to skip like a rabbit from the tower to Perrin, it would just be too much effort, no, she is in the tower, in tGS, she says she has the tower ready to serve the Shadow, she has done everything in the tower, it just seems stupid for her to be randomly in Perrins camp, there is no real use for her there, Masuri didnt really do anything except talk to Masema, who is being compelled by (IMO) Demandred or Moridin, who appears as a "vision"

Lip tapping thing is a red herring am pretty sure. Alot of Aes Sedai do it. I see it as similiar to knuckling ones forehead. Moiraine and Leane have done it before for instance.

Theres still more to come on the masuri, annoura and masema thing, unles i mised something in CoT?
