Been lurking over at the old forum JUST as registration there got turned off, and have been waiting (not so) patiently until this new snazzy forum was configured.

 

When I was younger I read up until book 8, then was derailed for several years, and actually started to pretend I hated the books because I had no more time to read them. Ugh, all the DETAILS about clothing, right??

 

But I decided to give it another go and re-read book one, and here I am a month later and I'm half-way through book seven again.

 

So here I am, the type of fan that, when I realized Jordan had written a small prequel, made the sales person at Barnes and Nobel help me rip the shelves apart in the fiction section because some idiot had misfiled their only copy of that anthology.

Hello Khestra, glad you found your way to us. You will find fan(atic)s of varying degrees here, most are at least the level of getting assistance to unmess up a bookstore for one of the WoT books, and some I'm sure would go to more lengths for something else!

 

I hope you take a good look around here and find all the fun places to be, there are a lot of different things going on here, so take a good look, and I hope to see you around other parts!
