Blademaster Ceremony for Visar

Featured Replies

Hi! I was wondering if anyone that's blademaster rank (WS 15 and above) would like to help Visar attain the heron mark. He's WS 14 and I believe the tournament (abortive and limited though it was) counted as 1 req; the ceremony would be the other req.

My plan for this process is a bit time-intensive and goes roughly as follows:

Visar, probably around age 25 or so, would try a first time in front of a Council of Blademasters, one of whom would be a PC. He will not gain a unanimous approval the first time.

A year passes IC, during which Visar pulls his act together. He tries again after the year is over in front of the same or similar Council, and succeeds.

So this could be one thread split into two with the "one year later" mark, (with possible side threads) or it could be several threads.

So if anyone that's a blademaster would like to help me with this (it could take a while; I want to earn this and really make it high quality) I would be extremely grateful for your time. And if anyone else would like to participate in the thread, either by being a fellow testee in front of the Council at either time, or just there to cheer Visar on, you are more than welcome to!

Feel free to post in this thread for planning or shoot me a pm. And if anyone needs my help with training reqs you know how to reach me. Thanks!
