Well, I am not exactly new to DM, nor to the WoT series. I first picked up the books in 1998 or so, and have been an avid reader ever since. I've read each book countless times and own several copies of each (2-3 paperback of each for having read through them so many times, and a hardcover collection for my library). I've really never been into the community of WoT, and I will admit I have no clue as to why. I have followed Dragonmount for years, and have been through a lot with it - the joy of new book releases and the tears (yeah, I cried) when RJ passed. I am not certain as to why I feel like now is the time to say hello - maybe I feel like I finally want to talk with others about how much this series has changed their lives (it has certainly changed mine), and how much they love it.
