I know! What would you suggest next: The Town or The Kids Are Alright. I'm thinking about waiting until blu-ray to see Inception.

Personally The Town as that is the only one of those choices I plan to actually watch again. Good acting with good action.

Alice in Wonderland beat kickass!?!?!?

In my mind they are kind of equal. Kickass had some great scenes but overall the movie was too over the top for me. I think the movie totally lost my respect near the end when he rides that one thing with the guns. I was like... it just jumped the shark.

 

Alice in Wonderland was a great reimagining. It didn't blow me away nor bore me either.

Alice in Wonderland looked fantastic and kept me entertained. The music was frigggin sweet too.

 

The only parts of Kick Ass I enjoyed were oggling Lyndsy Fonseca and watching Hit Girl destroy people (which I have seen before many times. Yeah, it was really over the top. I'll most likely watch it again at some point and we'll see if the rank changes...but i'm thinking not.

I loved alice in wonderland for the same reasons you did but I think ill watch kick ass more often than alice.

The American was so good! I was mesmerized from beginning to finish. I loved the cinematography, the score, the camera shots/angles, the silent and thoughtful tone, the direction, the acting, everything. Right up my alley. 9.9/10

 

Also, it is barely below Scott Pilgrim..it was a very close call.
