Hard to believe they took the time to try to explain this. I thought it was readily apparent. Figured RJ thought that if you don't understand what he's refering to, then you don't need to.

What’s not apparent, and just as necessary (actually more so) as release of tension thru physical relationships, is when and where do these people relieve themselves? I’ve seen one person “goâ€, and that’s because she’s pregnant. What about everyone else?

They make mention of it a few times in the series. Chamber pots in the bedrooms, trenches dug around campgrounds, "privvys", etc. Its not really something that needs to be explained in detail I would think. :P

Theres a few loooong argueme...err conversations on that exact topic on the main board there :P
