ICily, who is in charge (IE King or Queen) of Cairhien currently? Are they a PC, TPC, or NPC? And if they are actually played by a person, how do i get in contact with them?

 

The last time I was around with this character, it was Toram Riatin on the throne.

At the moment there is no PC ruler. Since the Dragon has taken Cairhien, I would think that a regent rules for the Dragon. Since its mainplot, I'll need to hit Owen up for the answer to that or alternately his permission to make one up :) Can safely say Toram Riatin is no longer in power.
