You would think that NZ being the first Country in the world to see Nov 2nd would have it first.... well none of the bookstores in my area of NZ, will have it in stock.

For other kiwis, I tried calling Manukau and Sylvia Park areas and all said of them said it wouldnt be in stock:

I was gutted at first but then realised the cheapest and quickest place to buy would be Fishpond.co.nz, I remembered I bought Knife of Dreams there and it turned up on the day it was released!

Fingers Crossed it turns up tomorrow or I'll Balefire my flatmate's cats.

Slightly behind you here in South Africa, but same goes, it seems. There's a local online store where I got it last year, but this year it's not even ready for pre-order yet!
