    Yea...not too many people seem into MOvember. My donation thread has 5 views. I also haven't seen/heard of anyone else registering :(

     

    November for me....

     

    1. football and fOOtball in full swing

    2. my bday (wife usually does something crazy)

    3. I love the weather. Chilly, sometimes snow.

    4. the view... colors of the leaves, and the sunsets change colors after daylight savings.

    5. Thanksgiving dinner, we make an amazing bacon draped turkey with maplesyrup. Among several others, but that's my part usually :)

    Well Dunbar, if I was at home with my wife and kids instead of the desert... #1 would be my birthday. But instead I'm going to be spending it with some Taliban jack-nut shooting an RPG at my RG-31 while I'm trying to clear the improvised explosive device that he's put in the ground to kill my brothers and I.

     

    Now as fun as adding another ear to my necklace will be, not being with my family kind of knocks birthday down the list a little.

     

     

    **note** after ranting I noticed you said "MY birthday" refrencing yourself. My last still stands... but...

    Whats a Mo-vember?

     

    MOvember is a charity organization for men's cancer. Similar to the pink ribbon for women's cancer, for the month of November (now officially known as MOvember) you grow a mustache(sp) and get people to sponsor you like a walk-a-thon. There is a link to my donation page in the BT main forum if you're interested. You can also navigate the page and register yourself. They have t-shirts and all kinds of other shwag to buy to help the cause as well. But yea, check out the site, see what you see, and maybe pass the word.

    Christmas is awesome, because of what it stands for...or at least, what it's supposed to stand for. But the other 100 days of miserable cold is what I'm talking about. >.< I preferred the tropics.

    I don't dislike winter. What I dislike is that I have to walk through it everyday. Everything gets all frozen and wet and cold... *shudder* I hate cold wet feet.
