You either have to be a beta reader (unlikely if you are not in Brandon's inner circle or some kind of book reviewer) or you have to find a book store willing to sell the book before the official release date (they usually get their copies a week or two in advance so they can get the store stocked). From the comments posted, it seems people have better luck with this from small independent book stores. Barnes n Noble type of stores are very corporatized and unlikely to antaganize Tor by breaking the embargo.
