Hi, my name is Natalie. I've been reading RJ since I was 16 yrs old....17 yrs ago! Never joined one of these sites but ToM has me all nostalgic and sad for the end is nigh and all that. I have one question I wonder if anyone can answer. I keep seeing references to "Hoid"?? Who is that? Is it some crazy abbreviation I'm just not getting? Anyway, glad to be here.

welcome to dragonmount. please look around and get familar with the site. Dont forget to check out the social communities as well, a great place to have good discussions with some interesting people. I do not know the answer to your question but someone I am sure will be along shortly to either answer it or point you in the right direction.

Hoid is a character from Brandon Sanderson's "The Way of Kings" a book which I recommend reading. Hoid is a mysterious fellow, hence the references to questions like "Who killed Asmodean?" and so on.
