Crow because raven's remind me of the Seanchan and I hate them.

This is what I have in my notes from my reread and I'm posting it as is. Yes, I know Wombat is dead.

 

On my reread, nothing stood out that is worth remarking on, but these people pinged me for no real reason – just gut – TMD, Aemon, Wombat, Thorum (now Meesh.) Aemon and Wombat always ping me, and frankly, I think Womby is town this time.

 

As for the list of who could have come up with the PR (and is probably scum, because it doesn't seem like a town thing to do) this is who I think could have:

 

Wombat

Aemon

TMD

Adella

Thorum

 

pretty much in that order. Since no one else seems interested in who may be handing out PRs and whether or not it's a town thing anymore, I'll probably drop this.

 

Since my reread, I have something nagging at my attention about Kemian, but can't remember what. I'll see if I can find it.

I'm gonna vote Song for now. Just vibes from your posts though I expect it's probably just your playing style and I gotta vote someone.

I could see Aemon had a PR but at the time I believed it was food related. How was I to know it was a several parter where he had to accuse Locke all the time as well? Coupled with my thoughts on Locke previously it made sense to me to vote Locke and see if it would shake him into responding

Upon rereading it appears to me that Song might have overexerted herself and has been left vulnerable to a counter.

 

Locke I'm still suspicious of, but I'm letting him off for the moment. Wombat, you too. We'll see how this lynch turns out.

Oh, yeah, this was it. I don't think anyone else bought Aemon's obviously outrageous accusations and I don't really think Kem did either. This looks like frantically trying to cya.

 

I'm happy to put a little pressure on him and see what happens next.

Lily, it is kind of hard to tell who could have come up with a PR, unless you're really familiar with everyone's playstyle and personality, so that's probably why people aren't jumping all over the issue. (That's why I'm not going after it, myself, anyway)

 

Again, I also think that the PR, assuming it is real (because you did bring up a very valid point that it might have been faked), was probably handed out by an anti-town player. Targeting someone for a vote and also targeting someone to be attacked by another player is dangerous and can cause chaos and bad results, though now that I sit and think about it I can kind of see the merit in stirring things up that early in the game, it can get people talking and thinking.

 

Anyway, it is also a possibility that it's a faked PR to clear someone's name, and if that's the case, we'd want to look at Aemon first, and possibly Locke.

 

I don't have thoughts on who to vote at the moment, really, though I'm keeping my eye on a couple people for now and depending on how things go in the next little bit, I may just vote for one of them.

Honestly with a PR like that, I think it's very likely that it was a scum ploy to make mafia look innocent. It's enough onw its own to make me vote for Aemon or Locke though, so I will wait on that.

 

Or maybe Lily is making all this stir about the PR because she's scum and trying to distract us :D

It does bear thinking about though; too often players overlook PRs as just something silly.

Alanna, distract you from what? There's very little going on and none of it has involved me. Interesting theory, though. :P

Lily, im honored that you would think me that clever. I don't know who might have given it to me or why. After doing a reread there is really nothing much that sticks out except for Wombats constant accusations of TMD. I could not find anything scummy about his posts, though. The question comes down to who we want to put pressure on. We cannot let another day go by without a majority for lynch. We can't afford to lose more people senselessly.

It will also be interesting to see if Song comes back. She claimed to have received q free ressurection. Let's see what happens tonight.

Aemon, I thought I was the only one with an urge to test that claim of hers..... lol.

Well on the PR note, I have to say, honestly, it seemed so obvious a PR and so incredibly random, that I can't think he would choose that if he were trying to fake one, but I could always be wrong. I know it's good to look at PRs, but that one, I think, won't give us much information, as it seemed relatively pointless.

 

I'm also a bit curious to see if we will have the promised resurrection, but also to see the roles of the recently deceased.

I got a tip last night, I'm guessing as a reward from the garlic/hen vote because it has nothing to do with my power (don't jump on that, Talya stated EVERYONE has a role in this game), I found a note during the night that said no evils voted for song during day 2. I know this seems like a ploy to make myself look innocent, but I like to think I'm smarter than to do something so obvious. Take it or leave it, but the list of players who voted for Song by the end of day 2 is: Wombat, Locke, Adella, Alanna, Krak, Song, Lily. I'm going to believe the Mod-Goddess on this and turn my eyes elsewhere...

 

That being said, I am totally willing to vote for Kemian because, let's face it, that defense was really weak. I can't stand weak defense, and that was one of the loosest and least thought out arguments I've ever seen.

What I didnt see in this post was any hint of a PR at all, just looked to me like a normal FOS post on Locke combined with voting Krak. Like I said in previous posts I havent played mafia with Locke before so it seemed like a fair reason to be suspicious

Locke picked up on it and avoided the FOS by saying Aemon was just fishing for reaction. This further added to my own suspicions on Locke for not really answering.

 

 

Don't pretend you don't know what's happening, Locke. The more you talk the more suspicious you look. You might as well give it up right now and save us all the trouble.

 

Aemon posted again and again I didnt pick up on any PR.

 

It was only after these posts that Aemon started adding in food related bits to his posts . As I said that was when I knew he had a PR but I thought it was to have to post using different food stuffs. I honestly didnt pick up on the part of his PR that was to accuse Locke.

 

Being as we didnt have a lot to go on I decided to vote for Locke and see if it would get him to reply. I dont see where this is scummy but some of you obviously do and I dont think I can say anything else other than I already have about it.

well now, vote Kemian, because with adella info, he is as good a lynch as any, and a better candidate for his tactless backpedaling.

Ive got no idea what else I can say to change peoples minds on me. It seems everyone is happily voting without trial. If it were day one I wouldnt think anything of it but being as were later in the game does anyone out there want to actually stop and think for half a second before voting me out?

This lynch(L-2 at time I started this post) has risen up very quickly which in most games is a very good sign that a mafia team is piling on a lynch they know is easy since noone seems to be really looking at it. Its very easy cover and yet noone seems concerned with that.

Well I dont see anyone thats voted me that has actually given much explanation, please point out the posts if ive missed something....

 

Ive tried to answer peoples concerns and from what I can tell from the posts after mine, not a single person has responded to my posts, you all just seem to be happily bandwaggoning away.

Don't be so quick to accuse everyone of mindlessly bandwagoning without responding to any of your posts; people have responded to some of your posts and of the more recent posters, Zep said something in response to your posts ("tactless backpedaling"). People have actually pointed out what they thought was suspicious about you; you may have tried to explain it away but obviously you haven't convinced anyone.

 

You're sounding desperate, Kemian, and while I still don't think you're coming across as Scummy McScumster (to me), the way you're responding to the votes piling up isn't helping your case any. I grow more inclined to add my vote to your lynch train every time you open your mouth.

 

By the way, a question, Kemian--if you think we're just going along with a mafia-driven easy-lynch, who do YOU think is scum, or a better candidate for a lynch? Telling us not to look at you doesn't really work, especially when you don't even have any better ideas up your sleeve. We need a lynch, is there anyone better than you to be that lynch?

Admittedly I dont have anyone in my sights at the moment however the most recent posting has all ben targetted at me so ive found it difficult to pick out anything on others. Plus I dont want anyone to think im only trying to deflect the voting elsewhere. Im not saying dont look at me, but I am asking for you all to be a bit more cautious, take your time over it and then if your still believing im scum then vote me.

 

What I was trying (unsucessfully it seems) to say was that ive posted twice explaining why I voted the way I did and backed it up with showing the related posts from others but noone thats voting me has said anything about the points I raised. I could understand someone saying "yes I see what your saying BUT....."

LZM's post you pointed out Mmeesh accuses me of backpeddling but its a short setence without explaining anything as to how im meant to be doing that. Ive answered people suspicions on me, hows that backpeddling?

Im not the greatest mafia player in the world and never pretended to be but I know that when the votes are piling up wether your town/mafia/cult/vig or any other role, you have to defend yourself and thats all I feel Ive done.

Fair enough; for what it's worth, I still can't see any compelling reason to vote for you, Kemian. Thanks for your explanations, I always say the more talking everyone does, the easier it is to figure out who's scum and who's town. I don't see you as actually being scum at the moment; just a candidate for it.

 

Now that means I need to make sure I'm not a hypocrite and figure out who IS looking scummy to me (enough to vote). Though I will vote Kemian if the lynch is going that way and we need a majority; a lynch is very important for gaining information at this point in the game.

 

I'm actually not sure what to think of Adella's claim. It seems kind of too good to be true, that we have a whole list of players who are not evil, and it could very well be a ploy to clear the names of a few mafioso.... On the other hand, it doesn't seem an unbelievable list, to me; I haven't really been getting any scum vibes from any of the players on the list except Locke, and admittedly I haven't played many games with him so I'm not sure if that's just playstyle difference or not.

 

Reread time, I suppose. There has to be more than just these few things to go on. >.<

Meesh, I honestly didn't expect many people to actually believe it, but I also don't believe in hiding that kind of free info from the group. Do with it what you will. I however will be listening to it at least for now. We never know if Talya put in a recruiter... Damn, I hate when I start guessing at roles, sorry, no more.

 

And Kemian, the thing is, you could have seen the PR later and TAKEN YOUR VOTE OFF LOCKE. Just so you know, your defense would be better if you had actually tried to unvote... Or made your own case on Locke and say, even though the PR is what made you look, listed the reasons you were suspicious of Locke. But no, none of that. Which is why your defense looks like you're trying really hard to keep your head above the water.

 

However, I have been thinking on this, and Kemian actually went back and quoted a relevant post for this (on accident I suppose), but Aemon's PR was very inconsistent... Doesn't that usually come out as a mod-kill for breaking your PR?

I thought her claim of it being a wasted lynch was the fact that she didn't get lynched at the end of Day. She was obviously saved somehow, from the lynch, and then NKed.
