Is the hardcover of this book hard to find or am I just looking in the wrong spot? I've found plenty of copies of it in a smaller form (like a 5 by 7), but I want it to match all my other WoT hard covers. I've been looking everywhere for the normal size, but I can't find it anywhere (amazon, borders, ebay, google)

Try Abe books. I believe TDR had fewer printed than TSR-ToM which makes it kind of a collectors piece if you can get it in first edition.

i got mine from one of those 5.99 tables at Barns and Noble but i dont know, my friend said he say a bunch of wheel of time book cheep at Big Lots so maybe try there

I work for a B&N. The hardcover is still in print, but most stores won't have it on their shelf. Any B&N will special order it for you, though. You can also get it through their website.

I could be wrong, but I think The Dragon Reborn was the first book in the series that got a first printing in hardcover. I think TEotW and TGH were first printed in trade paper back (larger sized paper backs) I remember having to wait for TGH to be released and the only one I found in bookstores when it came out was a trade paper back. Now, when TDR came out, I got it in hard cover. Unfortunatly for me its really been worn out through rereads and loans.
