Not bad! Day started out pretty sucky, but it got better.

They've got me in a 3-day training class to be certified as an "adjunct facilitator" - basically, within my huge bureaucracy of a company I'll be officially given the seal of approval to teach training classes when needed... This was Day 2, and we were told we'd be doing a 20-minute presentation today but they didn't clarify until this morning, when we had less than 2-1/2 hours to pull it together that it was required to be a work-related topic, and I totally blanked on what I could actually do a short training presentation on. Especially since I was really not sure whether any of teh computer programs we use in MY area of the company would be installed on the training room PCs - most of the time I sign into one and I have connection issues and at least one of the programs I need isn't even installed.

So I totally started stressing out, and when I seriously stress, it's not a pretty sight. Finally I figured out what I could do, and got it done in plenty of time, but then I had to wait until 2:30 this afternoon to do my presentation because too many people volunteered before I had a chance to... and by lunch time I had a SPLITTING headache. Thankfully one of my coworkers carries Fioricet with her, and is happy to share.

My presentation went super well, got very good feedback from the instructor, and they got done with class at 4 instead of 4:30 so since I'm working OT Friday and Saturday, I got to go home early.

Now all is well.
