not getting enough sleep can cause them

*nodnod* I hope I never find out if lack of sleep gives me migraines.... I've only had one, and it wasn't sleep-related, and it was the worst thing EVER.... It knocked me out. I couldn't see except out of the corners of my eyes, because of the big white spots on my vision, and then when the pain hit, it was so bad.... I couldn't do anything. I mean, I'm used to regular headaches, usually sinus-related, but I couldn't handle the migraine. I ended up having to sleep it off--nothing else helped and I couldn't function at all.

They are...I guess I'm really fortunate it's not something I have to deal with much, or ever, really. Just enough to understand what other people go through when they have one.

still drinking but i cant quite remember why. switched to honey in tea. maybe won't pass out.

That's with grown children. Wait till newborns. That's when I discovered why people drink coffee.

they are disabling in many cases. they suck bad.

if you;re here can you tell me when its important to drink cause i'm gonna hit a limit at some point?

Well I first turned it to a show my daughter could watch. There isn't a thing on gods green earth I wouldn't sacrifice for her. In a few more minutes I'll get back to watching the game.

can't argue with that reasoning. and good you missed that last bit.
