and yeah I'm right, all the bad stuff is in the tropics, yellow/dengue fever, malaria, tsetse flies (which sometimes carry sleeping sickness) and da aids is pretty easy to avoid if you have some modicum of sense

naw like I said the worries are in tropical regions and only a tiny piece of South Africa is at any risk of malaria the rest of the country is disease free, the only real disease problem here is AIDS and the TB that goes along with it

they may recover. but when condos are going for 10K and neighborhoods are almost completely deserted, the properties can be so badly neglected and vandalized that they will never recover except to be raized and rebuilt. which given the location... hard to say. it's a gamble. not a very expensive one right now, but.
