the matrics made us do some crazy stuff

grade 8... oh wow... my last year in girls' school. it was a good year as those years went.

abject fear to be honest I was much more timid than I am today

i was afraid most of my childhood. i don't think it's that out of the norm.

nothing really bad or anything it just mostly involved lots of shouting by people who were much bigger than you and could very well hurt you, sometimes people did get hurt

I ran in excess of 5 km's today (more than 3 miles) on top of basketball practice on thursday afternoon and sprints on thursday morning, my legs are pretty sore and messed up

when running picks up again in the morning

 

and basketball practice in the afternoon

they'll be better by monday most likely.

 

no pain no... well, pain.

 

but they'll be better.

walking has turned more into shuflling forwards till I nearly fall forwards then catching myself, and wondering how long it'll take before my knees collapse on one of the catches
