the symptoms you describes are consistent with dehydration, and electrolyte loss.

 

it's really not likely you damaged muscle except overworking which isn't the same thing.

 

if you'd done real damage you would be in the hospital screaming in pain right now.

muscles tear all the time, they tear and grow back stronger, that's what I assume the pain is from, if it is from electrolyte shortage, it'll sort itself out soon as long as I eat properly. dehydration not much of an issue

just drink water if you want, but drink anyway.

yes I had a shirt-wettingly large amount of sweat and was laying on the groun, I think after doing the bridge and I noticed out of the corners of my eyes that steam was coming from my shoulders

DM is an it it was gone it was difficult but its back and... im not sure what iw as so upset about but it is a comfort and i dont like change
