Every country choose one song that compete. Most countries have own competitions to choose which song will represent the country.

I think my favorite hold music was with...umm...Orbitz, maybe? They play Pachelbel's Canon in D, and even though it's not the greatest quality recording, I love that piece to death so I don't mind listening to it.

no, I'm much closer to tone deaf, it's a big school event. the school is divided into houses and each house enters participants into the Eisteddfod. There's reading, speeches (in English, Afrikaans and French), Essay writing, musical performances. But everyone sings at the end of the term.

Each House picks two songs, one for the entire house to sing, and one ensemble song (for the people who actually have talent). And then there's a set song, which every house sings

But yeah...Pachelbel's Canon is awesome.

I'm guessing I'm going to have close to 200 emails by the time I get back on Thursday.
