I was able to drink my water, although only in small amounts until I got home and could get something with salt in me.

That day, I walked 15 minutes to the library to return an overdue book, in 85 degree weather, and I had to stand in the shade there for a few minutes.

My water bottle was over halfway empty when I got to the library, and I pretty much finished it before I got too far into the walk home.

So by the time I got home, I was sweaty, beet red, my head was pounding and aching, and I felt like I was going to throw up. And I wanted to just lie down and sleep.

I always just said "I overheat easily," but I wanted to know what was actually happening
