It means you can change between it showing ONLY code, and you coding everything yourself (like color or img tags or bolding, italics, etc), or having all the formatting be done automatically when you click a button. AND, it doesn't show many code tags. I think just quotes, and any you enter manually. Otherwise, if you click a color to change the font, it will just type in that color in the reply box. If you post a picture, it will show you the picture before you even post, so you can see if the link is broken.
