All you had to do was click "post" multiple times. Just click and click and click. The page wouldn't go to the next one as long as you were clicking and when ever you stopped, the server would try to put every single post you made up at the same time.

So it would sometimes break the server and make it go down... or it would be too busy to handle requests for a while..
