That bike ride was an adventure in itself

Not to be outshone by the awesome time I had at the film screenings and workshop, but still

I never thought I was...afraid, or at least apprehensive of teh dark

Yet there is something immensely scary about biking through forest roads

Or above gullies with the river far beneath >.>

I admit I almost started sobbing when I passed the spot my bf got hit by a car a couple of years ago...(he lived) :P

 

Landed a foot away from The Edge though...his bike went flying down into the 'canyon' though. Gah...

And I will never trust my mum about bike issues again >.> she and my brother swore the bike torch batteries were fully loaded. I ended up snail-crawling along because I couldn't see more than half a meter ahead of me. Couldnt make out the gravel road actually, SO GLAD the grater hadn't been or I'd still be on my way stuck in ankle-deep gravel :O
