The only good thing about my forgetfulness and procrastination is that Mother's Day always falls when I have my tax refund in the bank and haven't gotten around to spending it all yet.

I hopfully have something for mom...trying to barter for it. Waiting to hear back.

Me too..going to send another message to the person tomorrow so I know ahead of time. I will make her a card from the computer though...We have a program for that. Maybe I can find a good pop up one..those are fun to make.

Sounds fun! I haven't made cards with my computer in aaaaages.

I use The Print Shop. Lots of premade ideas as well as ways to customized your own. I usually do my own...takes me at least an hour. Mostly to come up with something unique to write that sounds good.

Good good! Have a kitty next to me being all lovey... 'bout to fade away for the night and get ready for my last day of training class. My work is putting me through a certification class to be designated as an official trainer. Today I had to do a 20 minute presentation, which went really well after I stopped stressing out about picking the topic and settled on something. Although apparently I don't smile enough. :serious:

I work in customer service for a mail order pharmacy call center... i've assisted with a couple of our new hire training classes in the past, and have expressed an interest in helping with more training, so I guess they're going to make it official. it'll look good on a resume, for sure.
