Twinny! Why yoo up tsk tsk :P

i tried looking for teh venus-y sun today but was cloudy and rainy and snowy alla day

 

I was trying to see Venus cos it would only have been visible about 5 this morning. We walked to the top of the biggest hill with a telescope and it was cloudy XD

Did you get to see it?

No :)

 

Too cloudy... We were all slightly crazy from sleep deprivation so it was quite hilarious though :D

Well thats a shame. Glad it was fun though.

 

Its time for me to sleep however. Good night.

It was actually quite fun :)

 

We had croissants and the strongest coffee I have ever tasted and half a packet of slightly soft Cheerios. And somebody brought speakers and we had a Venus themed playlist.

 

When we got to the top of this huge hill we realised we actually had no idea which way was east XD

 

We ended up playing tag in the wet slippery grass, and then pictionary on the board we were gonna project the sun on to. When the sun finally did come out we drew a dot on the board and put the telescope over it so it looked like Venus in front of the sun

I don't have any special equipment for watching such events, and the sun happened to be right behind a cloud.
