Uni sounds fun. Im doing community college to get basics out of the way and so I can get better marks to show to the Uni's. I messed around alot in school. 90% avg not good enough for Rice. >.>

I know a lot of my friends are going to college or taking gap years instead since the fees shot up

 

gap year's not much of an option for me, the syllabus is different for the year below me, so there might be completely different things that I'm required to know

Rice is pretty much the Southern Ivy league. Its the number one school in the South here for Engineering and only accept afew hundred people each year. Very hard to get in to.

I could go up North but would prefer not to. Down South is nicer imo, much more open and not as cramped as the North. Also if I stay in the South I can still do work for my job via phone or computer :D
