That was a summer one for my father. I now have a real one working for my step father as an IT guy. I can do the online work such as debugging peoples computers and such, which is much more inline with what I want to do as a career since I want to be a Computer Engineer. Its my first summer working for the step father starting tomorrow so well see how it goes.

have you considered that he actually IS the dragon (reborn) and therefore has a deep-seated fear of cages and boxes?

Ah but that came more form his insanity I think. Besides if that hamster was the DR I feel sorry for anyone who doesnt give him the hamster ball.

naw Rand didn't like being in a box because he couldn't do anything to help Min, he just more time with the voice in his head, actually I think that made him go less insane in the long run (but that's probably because I don't think that the voice was a sign of insanity in the first place)
