I've never smoked so I don't understand the addiction. But come on! Is it so bad that you have to run back and pick the lil butt off the pavement that your friend just threw there just to get another drag from it?

Yes I just witnessed that.

Eww...

Cuz this way they can still be broadcasted on national TV. Though I think there was one time when one of the dancers lost her clothes on stage. The crowd boo'd! I forget why.

My brother used to walk around town picking up old cigarette butts because he couldn't afford to buy his own...and yeah..he smoked 'em.

We're all like... YOU'RE CRAZY YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE THOSE HAVE BEEN!!

im going on this insane 16 day hike thing thats organised by the school and apparently some boys can't last that long without alcohol so they INJECTED ALCOHOL INTO A FRIKKIN' WATERMELON. Inventive solutions to problems that shouldn't exist...

it's all cool. gonna hit the sack though before I pass out on my keyboard.. like last time I was following this thread..

I've never seen that. >.>

And I use sleep for when I want to be unconscious and get away from the world. Or else books. XD

books are more like a total immersion into one particular thing to the absolute exclusion of everything else, at least WOT books are, you need serious brainpower to keep up with everything

I dunno... not saying I actually pass out....just that I'm unconscious to the world around me when I'm reading. XD

one of my old teachers, Kenny Williams (he retired last year) ran lots of marathons (he was over 60), like proper marathons. His anecdotal advice was to skip the expensive stuff and get the sugar that comes in small serving packs in cafes to keep blood sugar up

Distance: 89km - 56 miles

^ distance of the comrades he has run that more than 20 times. Kenny is god
