Human herpes virus VIII is strongly associated with Kaposi's sarcoma.

I don't know enough to make an intelligent comment on that

An HIV infection is divided into three clinical categories

A: HIV positive with few or no symptoms

B: Low CD4 count, some symptoms occur

C: Clinical AIDS, very low CD4 count, more symptoms and badness

TB is spread through saliva and mucus and has a very high infectivity ie few viruses are needed to cause an infection

Many people may carry the TB bacteria without being sick. Many times the immune system does not completely kill the TB bacteria but rather surrounds and blocks them into tubercles. If the immune system were to weaken because of another infection (like HIV/AIDS) then the TB bacteria that were contained could spread

Yes it causes the infection in cattle, but can also infect humans.

is the bovis kind (is strain not appropriate here?) more dangerous than the other one? to humans at least

Many strains of MDR (Multi Drug Resistant) and XDR (Extremely Drug Resistant) TB exist because of mismanagement of TB patients. When patients do not complete their full course of treatment they run the risk of allowing the bacteria time to adapt a resistance to the bacteria. MDR TB has developed resistances to multiple conventional TB drugs and XDR TB has developed multiple resistances against MDR TB drugs

Most cases of zoonotic TB (acquired from animals) in the UK are caused by drinking unpasteurised milk or by contracting it abroad.

And no, zoonotic TB is indistinguishable both clinically or pathologically from TB caused by M. tuberculosis.
