can you put the computer down, and close your eyes, and breath evenly, and let your body do what it needs to do before you suffer a psychotic break?

I could fall asleep in two minutes. I'm not ready to yet. If I do now, I'll be awake at 2 am and that will get me no where.

I really only sleep a max of 5 hours. It's usually about 4 though.

you've robbed your sleep bank. you should sleep longer than that...
